Tuck into a Tok Panjang – a Peranakan feast marking special occasions – which offers a variety of dishes. It is priced at $45 or $65 a person. Diners can also opt for the individually plated six-course degustation menu ($85 a person, minimum six people, book a day in advance). For a more decadent meal, complete with wine pairing, go for the Chef’s Table ($188 for lunch, $288 for dinner, minimum eight people, book a week in advance).
